Refund Policy

You can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, for any reason.

• How to ask: email support@cinefold.ai from the address you used to buy (or include your order details and license key). Tell us you want a refund.
• What happens: once we approve the refund, the license is canceled automatically and the app stops activating and verifying. Please uninstall CineFold Desktop afterwards.
• When you get the money: refunds go back to the original payment method (Stripe or PayPal). Your bank or provider decides how long it takes to show up, typically several business days.
• Disputes: if a payment is disputed or charged back, the license is canceled. Please contact us first — we would rather fix the problem.

fal.ai generation fees are billed by fal.ai to your own account and are not part of the license price, so we cannot refund them. Ask fal.ai about their charges.

You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account; it stays active until the end of the paid period. Credits that have been used to generate content are not refundable. If you believe you were charged in error, write to us and we will review it. Where the law of your place of residence gives you refund rights, those rights are not affected.
