Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and AI Films Studios LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company ("CineFold," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of www.cinefold.ai and any related applications, features and services (collectively, the "Service"). CineFold is a product of AI Films Studios LLC. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, to create an account and use the Service. By using the Service you confirm that you meet this requirement.

CineFold provides tools to generate images, video, music and related creative content using third-party AI models (including models made available through fal.ai, Anthropic, Google and others). Generation requests are processed by these providers; your prompts, uploaded reference images and generated outputs may be sent to them to fulfil your request. Their own terms and acceptable-use policies also apply to content generated through their models, and some models carry commercial-use conditions that differ from model to model. You are responsible for checking them.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly at support@cinefold.ai if you suspect unauthorized use.

Some features require a paid subscription or the purchase of credits, billed through our payment processors, Stripe or PayPal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price until canceled. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Credits are consumed when you generate content and, except where required by law or stated otherwise, are non-refundable. We may change subscription pricing and credit costs; for existing subscribers we will give advance notice of material changes where reasonably practicable.

Prices are in US dollars. Your bank or payment provider may apply currency-conversion differences or transaction fees.

The one-time CineFold Desktop license has its own refund terms, described in the Refund Policy.

You agree not to use the Service to generate, upload or distribute content that:

• depicts or sexualizes minors in any way, or otherwise violates child-safety laws;
• is intended to harass, defame, threaten or impersonate a real person without consent;
• infringes another party's intellectual-property, privacy or publicity rights;
• is unlawful, fraudulent, or promotes violence, self-harm or illegal activity;
• attempts to get around usage limits, security measures, or the acceptable-use policies of the underlying AI providers.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section, remove offending content and, where required by law, report certain content (including suspected child sexual abuse material) to the relevant authorities.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, you own the outputs you generate through the Service, to the extent permitted by the terms of the underlying AI providers and by applicable law regarding AI-generated works. We claim no ownership over your generated content. You grant us a limited license to store and display your content back to you within the Service and, only where you opt in (for example a public showcase feature), to display it to other users. You are responsible for the content you generate and for how you use it.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the extent permitted by law. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, unexpected or unsuitable for a given purpose; you are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on or distributing them.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CineFold, its affiliates and the people who work for them will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

We may suspend or end your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute that is not resolved informally will be brought exclusively in the state and federal courts located in Bernalillo County, New Mexico, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights you have under the law of the place where you live.

We may update these Terms. If we make material changes we will give reasonable notice (for example by email or in the product) before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.

CineFold Desktop is a downloadable application sold as a one-time license. Its use is governed by the Desktop License Agreement (EULA) in addition to these Terms. In short:

• the license is personal and non-transferable and works on up to 2 computers;
• it includes all updates within the major version you bought (for example every 1.x release); a later major version may be a paid upgrade;
• the app runs with your own fal.ai key — generation fees are billed by fal.ai to your account and are not part of the license price;
• you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase under the Refund Policy; a refunded or disputed payment ends the license.
