This agreement ("EULA") is between you and AI Films Studios LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company ("we," "us"), for the CineFold Desktop application and its updates ("the Software"). It applies together with our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. By installing, activating or using the Software you accept this EULA.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Software on up to 2 computers at a time, for your own creative and business work. A license is tied to your CineFold account and license key. You can free a device slot from your account page.
You may not:
Your license includes all updates within the major version you bought; for the current license that means every 1.x release, free for life. A future major version, such as 2.0, may be offered as a paid upgrade. Versions you already have keep working under your license. We may release updates that fix bugs, improve security or change features.
The Software runs with your own fal.ai API key. Generation fees are charged by fal.ai to your account and are not part of the license price. You are responsible for those fees and for complying with the terms of fal.ai and of the model providers behind the models you choose. The commercial-use licenses of AI models differ from model to model; check them before using outputs commercially. We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their availability, pricing or changes.
Content you generate is saved on your computer. You are responsible for it, for backing it up and for how you use it. You must not use the Software to create unlawful or harmful content, including content that sexualizes minors, infringes others' rights, or is intended to harass, defraud or impersonate a real person without consent.
Activating the Software needs an internet connection. The Software checks your license online from time to time and may stop generating if the license cannot be verified for an extended period or has been canceled. The information sent for this purpose is described in the Privacy Policy.
You can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase (Refund Policy). When a refund is approved, or a payment is refunded, reversed or disputed, the license is canceled. We may also revoke a license for breach of this EULA, including sharing a key beyond the device limit. You may stop using the Software at any time.
The Software is licensed, not sold. AI Films Studios LLC and its licensors keep all rights in it. You keep the rights you have in your own content.
To the extent permitted by law, the Software is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that AI-generated outputs will be accurate or suitable for your purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or content. Our total liability under this EULA is limited to the amount you paid for the license.
This EULA is governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be brought exclusively in the state and federal courts located in Bernalillo County, New Mexico. Nothing in this EULA limits any mandatory consumer rights you have under the law of the place where you live.
